Please be aware that unless this wire has the "UL rating" listed, then it has not been subjected to standardized testing for any purpose beyond that of speaker wire. It is curious to note that the website or manufacturer has mouseprint below the product that states:

Always use wire that is properly rated for its intended use. Also make certain thatthe maximum ampere rating for the wire you select matches its intended use. You may not be able to electricute yourself with 12 volts, but it is possible to start a fire.
