All-in-one kitchen kit is an RV newbie solution

Ask any veteran RVer about his or her maiden voyage and they'll tell you the first problem was to outfit their new rig. It's a costly and time-consuming project. Most of us start out by hauling a bunch of stuff from our home kitchen out into our motorhome or trailer and then schlepping it all back indoors when we return. Stoneware dishes are not practical for an RV. They're too heavy, take up too much space, and break more easily than other options. Most RVers I know use Corelle dishes. They're lightweight, stack tightly, usually don't break when dropped, and look good.

This would be a great gift for someone going off to college or getting their first apartment as well.
