RVers Put Your Brights On With This Personal Headlamp

RVers are familiar with Rayovac because they’ve been making our flashlights and batteries for a long time. This new product available at COSTCO for $19.99 claims to be 50 times brighter than other LED lights. It has an adjustable control/battery pack that you clip on. It also has an emergency flashing red strobe. Backpackers don’t leave home without these. I like them because when I take my dog out at night, I have my hands free to pick-up after him. These are also great for changing a tire, working in you external storage areas or anywhere you need extra light. Helping you have a bright RV camping experience - Jim Twamley, Professor of RVing

HAD TO CHANGE OUT THE HOUSE BATTERIES AFTER A LONG DAY SNOWBOARDING, SUN WAS GOING DOWN AND GETTING MY WIFE WITH THE TWO LITTLE ONES TO HOLD THE FLASH
LITE WAS TO HARD. SO I GOT OUT MY HEADLAMP AND GOT THE DEED DONE.

When I was working as an auditor in Yellowstone NP the lights went out quite frequently. One of my fellow employees let me borrow his headlamp so I could work using both my hands and I absolutely loved it. So much so that my husband asked the head auditor to pick one up for me on one of her trips shopping and she bought one for herself, also.

The article was written by someone reading the unopened package and the comments don't say if they used this particular headlamp.

Headlamps vary considerably in comfort, fit, and intensity. Has anyone actually used this Rayovac one?

I bought one of these at the end of summer 2007 and it is an excellent headlamp. I went back to buy several more 3 weeks later and they were all gone. They are extremely bright, has a white light (not blue) and has a crisp circular pattern. These are the brightest headlamps available from an outdoor store I have seen. I give it a 10/10.
